Mostafa maintains a broad insurance, employment, and commercial litigation practice with experience in all manner of insurance matters, including catastrophic personal injury, complex medical negligence and wrongful death, subrogation, product liability and accident benefits disputes. He’s represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Small Claims Court, and the Ontario Licence Appeal Tribunal.
With experience at both a national full-service firm and a plaintiff personal injury boutique, Mostafa brings a unique and balanced understanding of personal injury matters to his practice. He prides himself on delivering cost-efficient and timely solutions for his clients.
While completing law school at the University of Ottawa, Mostafa served as both an executive member of the Amnesty International Chapter at uOttawa, as well as Co-captain of uOttawa’s competitive ‘improv’ team.
In his free time, you can find him travelling, training in martial arts, and exploring Toronto’s diverse comedy scene.
