Heena Kapoor joined Bell Temple in March 2026, bringing with her a strong foundation from her time at a respected insurance defence firm in Markham. She has worked on a wide range of litigation matters, including tort motor vehicle claims, statutory accident benefits, priority disputes, and slip and falls. Heena has advocated for clients at case conferences, mediations, motions, and pretrials, and has successfully appeared before both the Licence Appeal Tribunal and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
