Owen joined Bell Temple as an Associate after articling with the firm. His practice is focused on insurance defense litigation; including tort motor vehicle claims, slip and fall claims, occupiers’ liability, product liability, and subrogation. Owen regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Small Claims Court.
Owen graduated from Queens University in 2020 and received an Honours Degree in Politics. Owen received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Exeter in 2022. During his time there, Owen was elected President of the Canadian Law Society and was actively involved in the student community.
