Ashleigh Martin is an Associate who joined Bell Temple in April 2017. She studied and practiced law in Victoria and Queensland Australia, before moving back to Canada in 2011. She has worked in insurance defence and commercial litigation and has experience gained from respected litigation boutiques in Hamilton and Toronto and worldwide. Ashleigh has experience with conducting examinations for discovery, contested motions and mediations, and with preparing matters for pre-trial and trial. She has represented insurers and has appeared before many of the courts in Australia as well as before the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, and ODSP/CPP Tribunals in Canada.
