Mark Wyatt completed his articles at Bell Temple before returning as an associate. His practice includes insurance defense, commercial litigation, occupiers’ liability, construction claims, and property loss claims. Prior to joining the firm, Mark gained experience during his summers first at a mid-sized firm specializing in creditors’ rights and banking litigation, followed by a position at a boutique firm focused on insurance defense and commercial litigation.
Mark received his Juris Doctor from Queen’s Law in 2023. Before attending law school, he earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy (with High Distinction) from the University of Toronto, Trinity College. During his time at Queen’s Law, Mark was actively involved with the Queen’s Business Law Clinic, where he assisted start-ups, businesses, not-for-profits, and charities in Eastern Ontario navigate various issues related to business law.
