Devon joined the firm in April 2022. His practice includes personal injury, accident benefit disputes, occupier’s liability, property damage, and product liability claims. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Small Claims Court, the License Appeal Tribunal, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal, and the Landlord and Tenant Board. He has prepared materials for successful matters before the Ontario Court of Appeal and Divisional Court.
Prior to his time at Bell Temple Devon practiced at a prominent insurance defence firm in Toronto as well as a highly respected boutique commercial litigation firm. He has worked in a wide variety of litigation areas including construction disputes, professional discipline, employment claims, real estate litigation, and coverage applications.
Devon obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario in 2016. During his time at Western Devon represented the school at multiple in multiple international moot court competitions, receiving multiple awards for both oral and written advocacy.
