Tina Jian joined Bell Temple in July 2018 as an articling student and has been with the firm since. She is a thorough and passionate advocate, working to always achieve the most efficient and positive results for her clients.
Her broad civil litigation practice includes occupiers’ liability claims, tort motor vehicle claims including OPCF-44R/UMC claims, commercial liability claims, property losses, sports and recreational liability, human rights issues, College complaints and class actions. She has attended before various levels of court to represent her clients.
