Stefano Tesoro joined Bell Temple as an Associate in April 2026. Stefano has experience in a wide range of litigation matters, including occupiers’ liability, commercial liability, motor vehicle accident claims, statutory accident benefits, and subrogation matters.
Before joining Bell Temple, Stefano practiced at a respected insurance boutique and served as in-house defence counsel for a multinational insurer. Stefano has successfully represented clients before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Small Claims Court, as well as before various boards and tribunals. His courtroom experience, combined with a meticulous approach to case preparation, ensures that his clients receive strong and thorough representation at every stage of litigation.
Stefano earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law. He also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Toronto and a Master of Science from the University of Edinburgh.
