Joseph Yazdani articled at Bell Temple and returned as an Associate following his call to the Bar in June 2025. His practice is focused on personal injury litigation, including the defence of motor vehicle accident claims, occupiers’ liability, and other bodily injury matters. He also assists with employment law matters, including wrongful dismissal claims.
Joseph is involved in files at all stages of the litigation process, including legal research, drafting, court attendance, and preparation for examinations and hearings. He has experience appearing before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Joseph brings a logical, structured approach to each case, combining careful analysis with a focus on clarity and strategy. He is drawn to litigation for its complexity and the opportunity to craft persuasive, well-reasoned arguments on behalf of his clients.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2024 and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
