Hamza started as an associate at Bell Temple in 2025 after articling with the firm. His practice includes tort, property and contract matters, with a focus on complex personal injury, property loss and construction disputes. He regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Hamza received his Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto with High Distinction. He graduated from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law in 2024, obtaining a Juris Doctor cum laude. During his time at the University of Ottawa, Hamza won the 2023 Donald G.H. Bowman National Tax Moot. He gained experience in litigation in a variety of practice areas during his time as a law student, assisting with business, tax, family and immigration disputes before various courts and tribunals.
