Neema Nikzad articled at Bell Temple and was then hired back as an Associate. His practice encompasses a wide range of litigation matters; including tort motor vehicle accident defence, occupiers’ liability, construction claims, property damage claims and general commercial litigation matters.  He regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice and the Small Claims Court.

Neema obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, graduating with High Distinction. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall in 2021. During law school, Neema focused his Pro-Bono work on advancing refugee rights. He regularly represented refugees at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, where his detail-oriented oral and written advocacy helped many women and LGBTQ2S+ individuals gain refugee status in Canada. Neema also worked with the Ontario Justice Education Network, where he coached and judged grade 10 students in mock factum competitions.

Neema was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022 and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario. Neema is also an active mentor as part of the First Generation Network, a non-profit organization aiming to reduce barriers for law students who are first in their family to complete post-secondary education.
