Adrian Serpa is a Partner at Bell Temple with a broad civil litigation practice. His practice focuses on insurance defence litigation, including tort motor vehicle claims, occupiers’ liability claims, commercial liability claims, tavern liability, social host liability, sports and recreation liability, construction claims, first party liability claims, and subrogation claims. In addition to his work for insurers, Adrian’s civil litigation practice focuses on general contract disputes, commercial litigation, wrongful dismissal claims, human rights applications, employment standards and contracts. Adrian has a clear, strategic, and practical approach to helping his clients navigate complex litigation with clarity and success. He regularly attends at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice to represent his clients as well as other Courts and administrative tribunals.
Adrian is a dedicated member of Bell Temple. He began his legal career as an articling student with the firm in 2013 which has allowed him to develop strong and lasting relationships with clients of the firm.
