Brett Webster is an experienced member of the firm’s Privacy, Cybersecurity and Technology Law Group. He assists clients in responding to data and privacy breaches as well as advising on various cybersecurity matters and regulatory compliance. He advises clients on errors and omissions liability in the area of technology law. His practice also encompasses a wide range of civil litigation; including tort bodily injury, occupiers’ liability, subrogation, and products liability matters. He regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice obtaining positive outcomes for clients at trials and contested motions.
Brett holds law degrees from the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy, where he graduated cum laude. Brett was also a member of the Windsor Law Hockey Team and University of Windsor’s Varsity Golf Team while at school. He continues to play competitive amateur golf in his spare time.
