Ashley joined Bell Temple in 2026. She has spent her career litigating before the courts and administrative tribunals.
Ashley has represented a broad range of clients within both the private and public sector. While she has maintained a broad civil litigation practice, she has spent considerable time litigating property related matters, including property damage claims, construction disputes and questions of contractual interpretation. Ashley has also developed a practice that is focused on handling insurance defence matters.
Ashley is a tenacious, thoughtful and analytical lawyer who believes effective representation involves being practical and proactive. While Ashley structures each matter as though it will proceed to trial, she always looks for opportunities for resolution. Ashley appreciates that to be successful in litigation, persuasive written advocacy is just as important as the oral advocacy component.
