Brenda Lockwood practices in the area of civil litigation including insurance defence. She has represented clients in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Divisional Court, and has been involved in appeals to the Court of Appeal. She has also appeared before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the License Appeal Tribunal, and private arbitration proceedings.
Brenda is part of the firm’s Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Technology Law Group. Her undergraduate degree was in Media, Information, and Technoculture (MIT). Her prior experience includes working at technology firms such as Fidessa and Tucows.
