George joined Bell Temple in July 2021 after almost 7 years exclusively practicing insurance defence litigation and over 30 years’ experience in the legal field, including over a decade working as a law clerk for both plaintiff and defence firms. He has experience handling all manners of insurance disputes, including tort and accident benefits motor vehicle claims, occupiers’ liability, property loss, construction litigation and subrogation claims on behalf of insurers. George has acted as counsel before the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court and Licence Appeal Tribunal, as well as on private arbitrations.
George was the co-chair for the Canadian Defence Lawyers Law Clerks Annual Program in March 2021
