Jonathan joined the firm in April 2023. His practice includes accident benefit disputes, subrogation, tort motor vehicle accidents, and construction claims. He regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the License Appeal Tribunal.
Prior to his time at Bell Temple, Jonathan practiced at a prominent insurance defence firm in Toronto, as well as a dual jurisdiction practice with high-profile personal injury firms in Toronto and Los Angeles. He has worked in a wide variety of litigation areas including accident benefits, personal injury, construction disputes, estate litigation, and subrogation.
Jonathan was called to the bar in California in 2015 and in Ontario in 2019. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon’s Knight School of Law in 2013 and his LLM from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2016.
