Eligibility is restricted to health professionals who have purchased liability insurance through an association that has an arrangement with Bell Temple LLP for the pro bono legal advice service. The service pertains to questions regarding prevention of malpractice claims and College Complaints. Questions regarding other areas of the law are not covered by the pro bono service but we may provide you with a referral to another lawyer or other resources.

The pro bono program provides for a total of 30 minutes of service per year, including the time spent reading and responding to emails, research and telephone consultations. Time incurred in excess of 30 minutes per year will be billed at an agreed hourly rate.
