    Mark’s developing civil litigation practice includes complex personal injury, contractual disputes, construction claims, and property loss matters. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice.

    Prior to joining the firm, Mark articled at a prominent litigation boutique where he represented and advised national insurers, small businesses, and personal clients. He also assisted in the preparation of materials in Schnarr v Blue Mountain Resorts Limited, a novel case before the Court of Appeal for Ontario involving the interplay between the Consumer Protection Act and the Occupiers’ Liability Act.

    Mark graduated with distinction from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law. While at law school, Mark was a Teaching Assistant in the Dispute Resolution Practicum.
