James Hirsh joined Bell Temple in March 2019, having previously practiced at a well-respected insurance defence boutique firm in Toronto. He is a determined litigator who works hard to defend his clients in a wide range of tort motor vehicle accident, occupier’s liability, property, product liability, and commercial litigation claims. He has much experience in conducting examinations for discovery, mediation and pre-trial, and has argued matters before the Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court.
