Lora Castellucci joined Bell Temple in 2004 and was admitted into the firm’s Partnership in 2014. She is Co-Chair of the firm’s Accident Benefits Group, and is an experienced litigator who combines a practical approach with a singular, determined focus on behalf of her clients. Her litigation practice spans a wide variety of areas, ranging from tort motor vehicle, occupiers’ liability and wrongful dismissal claims, to Accident Benefits and Priority/Loss Transfer matters. She has trial and arbitration experience and attends regularly at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Labour Board Tribunal, Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, and at the Automobile Accident Benefits Service of the Licence Appeal Tribunal.
Lora is heavily involved with student development at the firm, which includes teaching Lunch-and-Learn seminars, and serving as Articling Student Principal, Student Mentor and Chair of the Articling Committee.
Lora is also managing partner of the firm.
