Kendall joined Bell Temple after articling at a respected commercial litigation firm in London, Ontario. Since joining the firm, he has consistently achieved superior results for his clients, both in the court room and out. As a result of his steady success, he was made our first Non-Equity Partner in 2017 and was admitted into the Equity Partnership for 2020.
Kendall focuses his practice on tort claims of all nature – motor vehicle, property (water and fire loss), subrogation, product liability, occupier’s liability and a variety of commercial host claims. He has jury and non-jury trial experience and actively ensures that each file in his carriage is trial-ready, should it be necessary. He also continues to attend frequently on matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice.
Kendall has recently expanded his practice with a focus on providing a thorough and aggressive defence to a variety of claims with mutual insurance companies all around the province. With a family farming background, Kendall prides himself on bringing the resources of Bell Temple to claims throughout rural Ontario.
