Frank is a Partner at Bell Temple who began his career as an articling student with the firm. He thoroughly enjoys being a litigator and is a vigorous advocate with an uncompromising attention to detail. He prides himself on providing exceptional service and value to his clients by obtaining the most favourable results in as efficient a manner as possible. He takes a proactive approach to litigation, and is therefore able to achieve expeditious outcomes for even the most complex of files. Frank is comfortable in the courtroom in front of a judge or jury, or at the mediation table across from opposing counsel.
Frank has over 25 years of experience representing a variety of corporate entities, insurers and their policyholders at all levels of court in Ontario. He has conducted dozens of jury and non-jury trials in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and has appeared in the Ontario Court of Appeal. While he has a broad personal injury and commercial litigation practice, he specializes in the areas of tort motor vehicle claims, occupiers’ liability, product liability, commercial and social host liability, as well as construction and property claims.
Frank has written several papers and given presentations to various legal conferences, including in-house seminars for insurers and clients.
